We are pleased to announce that as of June 2024, JHCLA in partnership with Mount Sinai Memorial Parks and Mortuaries, will be providing Bereavement support groups to the community. Groups will meet virtually and will target specific losses: e.g. a spouse, a parent.
These groups will be led by Rabbi Carla Howard who has over 20 years of experience in the field. Sessions will be of 45 minutes via Zoom and designed to help individuals to cope with loss in a group setting.
